How are the balls packaged ?
    One pack contains female parts and male parts of a ball of same colour and same diameter. To build a two-coloured ball, you need to order two packs of balls in the same diameter of two different colours that you need to put together afterwards.

Is it possible to return the goods?
    Yes it is. You can return the goods if they are broken or defective. Please, be so kind to let us know and send us a picture by email before returning the goods. In that case, you will have to pay for transport fees.
What is the transportation time for my parcel?
    1st option with Colissimo International : you can get your parcel within 4 to 8 days depending on the country

2nd option with CHRONOPOST : you receive the goods within 4 to 5 days depending of the destination. 

3rd option: you can come to our factory and pick up the goods. To do so, you need to make an appointment before by telephone 00 33 2 38 94 10 80, by fax 00 33 2 38 94 18 82 or by email at contact@ballkit.com

4th option : forwarder (for the heavy parcel). Goods on pallet. Delivery time is depending of the final destination. 
What should I know about the payment of VAT if I am a company?
    - If the delivery is in France , VAT has to be paid and is included in the total amount of your order on-line.
- If the delivery country is one of the European Union's ones, except for France , do not forget to fill in your EU VAT registration number so that VAT will not be charged.
What is the processing and shipment time of an order?
    For each order made:

- from Monday to Friday before 12am, we process the order the same day: the order is confirmed and prepared in the day (D). The shipment is made the following day (D+1)
- from Monday to Friday after 12am, we process the order the following day (D+1). The shipment is made 2 days after (D+2)

For orders made during the weekend, the process of the order as well as the shipment is made on Monday.
Do you deliver abroad?
    Yes, we do deliver abroad. But, we inform you that customs fees might be requested by the carrier while delivering the good.
Can I receive a catalogue?
   
For environmental reasons, we do not have any paper catalog. All the needed information are available on our web site : www.ballkit.co.uk

How much are my postage and packing fees?
    The amount of postage and packing fees is calculated according to the weight of the goods and your location. You can simulate an order and see these fees on-line.
Is it possible to pay by cheque?
    No, it is not. Due to a default payment risk, we do not accept cheques from foreign countries.
Is it possible to obtain a sample ?
    Our balls of 5, 6, 8, 10 and 12 cm in diameter are sold in packs of 10 . Therefore, it is not possible to get only a sample (1 ball) in these diameters. You need to order at least 1 pack of 10 balls. The balls of 14.5, 16, 19.5, 29, 40 cm in diameter are sold individually, so to obtain a sample you only need to order one ball.
Is ballKit logo written on the balls?
    No, it is not. This is a picture added only on the images appearing on the screen. In any case, this inscription is on the balls you buy.
