Note: You will be refunded only if the products received have not been handled, used, damaged and are in their original condition (un-opened packaging).

The right of withdrawal can not be exercised for goods made to the consumer's request or clearly personalized (engraving, pad printing, stickers, specific colors...).

The right of withdrawal only applies to products purchased by non-professional client to meet private needs.

  • Refund: Refund will be made within 14 days after receipt of goods in original condition.
